2. Services
Propertifix Handyman & Renovation Services provides a variety of property maintenance, repair, and renovation services. We reserve the right to refuse any job if it is beyond our capacity or competence.
3. Quotes and Pricing
All service quotes given by Propertifix Handyman & Renovation Services are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Quotes are subject to change following site inspection or any unforeseen circumstances. Any extra services not included in the original quote will be separately charged.
4. Payment
Payment for services must be made in full at the time of service completion. We accept payment by credit card, bank transfer, or check. There will be a 5% processing fee applied to all credit/Debit cards. All services are subject to sales tax as per applicable laws.
5. Cancellation and Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule a booked service, please give at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service shall incur a $49.00 cancellation fee.
6. Guarantee
Our services are backed by a satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the work performed, please report it to our team within 24 hours and we will make all reasonable efforts to rectify the issue at no extra charge.
7. Liability
Propertifix Handyman & Renovation Services is not responsible for any damage to your property that is not caused by our negligence. We hold appropriate liability insurance to cover any damages or accidents caused by our services.
8. Intellectual Property
All materials, advice, and services provided by Propertifix Handyman & Renovation Services are the intellectual property of the company. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the service, use of the service, or access to the service without express written permission by us.
9. Change of Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will become effective immediately upon being posted on our website. Your continued use of our services will constitute acceptance of these changes.
10. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the state in which Propertifix Handyman & Renovation Services is registered and operates.
